Directions for Use

1. Apply a thin layer of gel into the customized whitening tray.
2. Place the tray over your teeth and wear it overnight (4–6 hours).

Tray Usage Instructions

1. Adjusting the trays

• If trays are too long, trim them with scissors.
• Soften the tray by placing it in warm water for 5–10 seconds.

2. Hardening and fit check
