This Return & Complaints Policy applies to purchases made through our website. Please read it carefully before submitting a return or complaint.

Right of Return (30 days)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable
• Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return, unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Before returning any item, you must contact us by email at contact@piwaxi.com to receive return instructions
• Returns must be sent via courier or other tracked delivery service

Return Procedure

• Contact us at contact@piwaxi.com and provide your order number
• Once approved, send the product according to the provided instructions
• Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item
• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Complaints (Defective or Faulty Products)

Each product purchased from our store is covered by a 12-month complaint period if the product is found to be defective or not in conformity with the contract.

• If a complaint is approved, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us

• Upon receipt of the item, we will assess the complaint within 14 days

If the complaint is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• A refund to the original payment method (within 10 business days after approval or inspection), or
• A replacement with a new product at no additional cost
